God smiled on us today....although we had fog, steady rain and wind gusts -- the highest was 39 kts. with sustained around 19 kts...we had no thunderstorms as predicted.  We were happy for Striper who panics in storms.  Around 5:00 PM the fog lifted and the rain stopped. 

The weather map shows another small front heading our way perhaps later tonight, and then clear skies.  Another sailboat joined us a few hours ago. We hope to continue north tomorrow.   Photos of tonight's back yard:
