*****  FYI:  I've recently added a new feature to our blog  *****

In the right-hand column directly below www.saygood-bye.com  there's a box you can complete with your email address then  click "submit" which will add you to our automatic email notification.  Each time a new post appears on 2 Loopers And A Portie, you'll receive an email with a link directly to the blog.

It's okay if you choose not to select this option.  You can always access the blog at www.saygood-bye.com  or www.2loopersandaport.blogspot.com

FURTHER:  We'll be crossing the border into Canada within the next day or two and internet connectivity will be spotty.  I plan to continue taking photos of where we are and what we're doing and will post them when connectivity is available.  Thanks for following along!!

This morning we left Nichols Pt., VT and crossed Lake Champlain and are once again on the New York side.  We arrived at Wood Point, NY at 11:30 and dropped the hook just as the sun came out.  We're now only about 12 miles from the Canadian border.   Tomorrow we'll take a slip in Gaine's Marina at Rouse's Point, NY where we'll do the laundry and borrow the marina's courtesy car to go in town for groceries, etc.   If the forecast is accurate, we'll cross into Canada Friday under sunny skies with balmy temperatures.

Today's back yard:

Wool Point, NY  back to the west side of Lake Champlain
