It rained overnight and most of today so we aren't leaving Ft. Edward.  The Village Baptist Church is on the next block just through Underwood Park from the city dock.  They are having a chicken and biscuit dinner this evening to benefit the local food pantry.  We're planning to attend that event.  


On another note, Ralph just called Verizon to add Canada to our plan.  It's important to do this before you get too close to the Canadian border so you don't incur expensive roaming charges.  Also be sure to include all cell phones in the plan.  We will be unable to use the MiFi Verizon Broadband or any data services (email, web-browsing, etc.) on Ralph's Droid as well.  We will, however, be using WiFi if and when available.  Email and cell phone calls will be limited sometime around the middle or third week of June.  We'll keep you posted!
