Hooray!  A sunny day in Atlantic City!!  My day began with yoga and the last half of Lu's step class at AtlantiCare Life Center.  It was so much fun being with my old gym friends again.  I had  a long list of errands to run afterward and, thankfully, found everything on my list and returned back to the boat no worse for wear.  

The captain was busy tracing wires in the AM, took a break to have lunch with a friend at Gilchrist's, then took full advantage of this sunny day to finish painting the cap rail this afternoon, which looks great.  I think he should have a special award for being the neatest painter on earth, as he truly is.  

P.S.  I'm not allowed to paint anything.
